Four weeks after Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast, a delegation comprised of representatives from the ACLU’s national and Mississippi offices, the Mississippi Workers’ Center for Human Rights, and the U.S. Human Rights Network, toured Mississippi and bore witness to the devastation left in Katrina’s path.
